Hello and a 'link-up'

Hello friends,
My goodness it's been far too long since I posted here!
The Woodman has a new job and is learning all about maintaining and installing wood heaters and is loving the challenge of a change in occupation.
Winter is still very much around for us Aussie's, and life has kind of slowed down in some ways - namely the garden - and yet we seem to have been quite busy as well.
Our woodstove arrived safe and sound, but it will be a while before it's installed as my hubby needs to do some remodeling in the kitchen to fit it in.
Our vegies stayed alive through the snow and cold and are still growing, so that's good news!
Perhaps it's the chilly days..but I admit, I am feeling the need for some extra encouragement and motivation regarding our goal of simplifying our lifestyle.
So...I have decided to open a link-up on this blog where people can share their "simple" ideas and experiences.
I am quite a visual learner and love to visit your homes and see how you do things :-)
